Effective Date: April 15, 2026
At our core, we maintain transparency throughout your manufacturing journey. Because our modular units are engineered and custom-built to specific technical layouts, our policy balances production security with client flexibility.
1. First Installment and Deposit Refundability
Your initial deposit or first installment secures your project’s factory production slot and locks in material pricing. This deposit is fully refundable within a specific grace period (typically 7 to 14 days from payment), provided that custom engineering drafting and factory material procurement have not yet officially commenced.
2. Non-Refundable Custom Engineering and Production Stages
Once architectural blueprints are finalized, local permitting reviews begin, or raw materials are allocated to the factory floor, the first installment becomes non-refundable. At this stage, capital is actively deployed into the custom manufacturing and structural engineering of your specific unit.
3. Change Orders and Layout Modifications
If you need to alter your project design after production has started, modifications are subject to change-order fees rather than refunds. We will work with you to adjust the layout within the factory pipeline, though this may alter your subsequent milestone payment amounts and delivery timeline.
4. Cancellation After Production Commences
If you choose to cancel your project after the factory build phase has begun, previous milestone installments cannot be refunded. These funds cover the direct costs of structural steel, specialized labor, and custom interior fabrication dedicated to your modular asset.
5. Inspection Upon Factory Completion
Prior to logistics and transport, you will receive comprehensive quality certification documents and manufacturing logs. This serves as your virtual walkthrough to verify that the build perfectly matches your approved technical specifications before it leaves the assembly floor.
6. Delivery and On-Site Rejection
Because these are large-scale, heavy-duty structural assets, units cannot be “returned” or rejected upon delivery for subjective reasons or change of mind. Rejection at the site is only permitted if the structure has suffered catastrophic, irreparable transit damage that breaches structural integrity.
7. Handling Transit and Transport Damage
In the rare event that a modular unit sustains component damage during heavy logistics transit, we do not issue a refund. Instead, our transit insurance and field team will immediately repair, replace, or restore the affected structural elements or premium finishes during the on-site setup phase.
8. Commissioning and Structural Sign-Off
During the final on-site commissioning stage, our team conducts thorough utility inspections, plumbing tests, and electrical system checks. Any operational discrepancies found during this phase will be corrected immediately on-site under your structural warranty, rather than triggering a return protocol.
9. Structural Warranty and Long-Term Claims
Once final handover is complete and the unit is operational, all protection shifts to our long-term structural warranty. This warranty covers structural steel integrity, insulation defects, and core engineering component failures, ensuring your asset is serviced and repaired without needing a structural return.
10. Contact and Dispute Resolution
If you encounter unique logistical challenges, site zoning complications, or sudden project delays, please contact our project management team immediately. We review cancellation and timeline mitigation requests on a case-by-case basis to find equitable solutions for your real estate asset.
