Welcome to our platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, digital layout tools, project consultations, and the purchase of our modular container structures. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement applies to all users of the site, including casual browsers, prospective clients utilizing our configuration tools, and customers securing modular builds. These terms, alongside your specific project contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and our company.

2. Digital Tools and Intellectual Property

All content, structural design layouts, interactive configuration tools, 3D models, graphics, and text on this website are the intellectual property of our company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these tools for personal project planning, but you may not replicate, modify, or commercially exploit our proprietary designs.

3. Estimate Accuracy and Pricing

Pre-engineered layouts, online pricing tools, and initial consultation estimates are provided for budgetary planning purposes only. Final pricing is subject to structural engineering reviews, custom material specifications, and formal project contracts. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on unquoted configurations due to material cost fluctuations.

4. Build Slots and Milestone Payments

To officially launch a project, you must secure a factory production slot by paying a first installment deposit. Production is structured around strict milestone payments, mapping out progress from initial engineering drafting through factory fabrication to final delivery. Work on subsequent stages will not resume until the corresponding milestone payment is cleared.

5. Client Responsibilities for Site Preparation

You are solely responsible for ensuring your project site complies with all local regulations. This includes obtaining necessary municipal building permits, verifying zoning compliance, ensuring proper soil stability, curing a suitable foundation, and providing clear, accessible utility hookups for final connection.

6. Logistics, Site Access, and Delivery

We coordinate heavy-haul transport to your designated delivery address. You must guarantee that the transit route can accommodate oversized vehicles, including necessary clearances for overhead lines, trees, and road widths. Unless explicitly stated in your build contract, crane hire and offloading operations are the client's responsibility.

7. Delays and Standby Fees

If factory production is delayed due to pending client structural approvals, design changes, or missed payments, your build slot may be reassigned to the next available production window. On-site delivery delays caused by unready foundations or poor site access may result in carrier standby fees or storage charges.

8. Warranties and On-Site Commissioning

Upon structural placement, our field team or certified partners conduct final utility inspections and operational checks during the commissioning phase. Once handed over, the unit is protected under our standard structural warranty covering steel integrity and core insulation. We do not warrant third-party modifications made after final handover.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of rental income, alternative housing costs during construction delays, local permitting denials, or site prep failures executed by third-party contractors.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to your project build that cannot be resolved through direct, amicable project management negotiations shall be settled through formal arbitration before seeking legal recourse.
